  • EVA based hot melts are mainly used in the assembly of pocket innersprings.
  • Predominantly employed within automated gluing systems in the mattress industry, this adhesive serves the purpose of bonding flexible foam components to each other and adhering them to frequently utilized upholstery materials, interior springs, and pressure distributors.
  • Majority of the materials to be used includes foams, felt, non-wovens, fiber etc.
  • Perform initial mechanical cleaning while the machinery is still hot. Remove any remaining residues in the ambient environment once the machinery has cooled down, utilizing an appropriate cleaning agent.
  • Maintain consistent adhesive replenishment within the equipment. Prevent depletion of the melting tank to ensure timely refilling.
  • Operate the equipment at temperatures not exceeding 180o

  • It is recommended to store the product in its original containers, securely sealed, in a cool and dry environment. The expiration date can be found on the label of the packaging unit for reference.
  • Avoid direct contact with molten adhesive. In the event of burns caused by hot adhesive, promptly rinse the affected skin with cold water and cover it with a sterile dressing, refraining from removing the adhesive. Seek medical attention for proper treatment of the burn from a qualified physician.
